Trebly Park Shade Structure Project

We had the privilege of building this unique shade structure right in the heart of Downtown Houston at Trebly Park Thanks to the Houston Downtown Redevelopment Authority. It was Designed to be both functional and eye-catching, it offers a cool, comfortable spot for visitors to relax, play, or gather — all while adding a modern touch to the park’s landscape. The patterned steel panels create beautiful shadows throughout the day, and the structure itself is built to handle Houston’s weather without losing its sleek look. It’s more than just shade — it’s a piece of the park’s identity, and we’re proud to have brought it to life for the community to enjoy.

Tirelink Project 

At Talon Construction, we're thrilled to showcase our complete, inside-to-outside remodel of the Tirelink in Spring, TX, which now stands as a beacon of modern automotive service, perfectly echoing the success and contemporary aesthetic of our previous project in Humble. Our "ground-up" approach transformed the formerly dated establishment, replacing its utilitarian exterior with a sleek, inviting facade featuring sophisticated gray and blue tones, an enhanced customer entrance, and pristine new service bays. Beyond the visual appeal, we significantly expanded the operational footprint with strategically added auxiliary buildings, all situated on a newly paved, impeccably organized lot. Inside, we meticulously reconfigured the interior, creating a bright, comfortable customer experience area and optimizing workshop layouts for peak efficiency with updated infrastructure, ensuring that this Spring location not only meets but sets a new standard for Tirelink, aligning seamlessly with the high-quality design and functionality established at our Humble remodel.

Locust Street Group - Market Street

Our interior remodel for Locust Street Group in Market Street, The Woodlands, TX, exemplifies our expertise in crafting sophisticated, highly functional commercial spaces. This project transformed a key common area into a modern, inviting breakroom/kitchenette, featuring extensive custom warm-toned cabinetry that provides ample storage and a sleek aesthetic, perfectly complemented by pristine quartz countertops and a unique, artistic backsplash with a captivating blue and black circular pattern. We seamlessly integrated all appliances, including a stainless steel dishwasher and a built-in microwave, and installed dynamic spherical pendant lighting above the counter, augmented by additional ambient lights against a deep charcoal accent wall, all set upon elegant, light-toned LVT flooring, creating a visually stunning and exceptionally practical environment designed to enhance the daily experience for Locust Street Group's team.

Our Border Street Industrial Park project is a testament to [Your Company Name]'s comprehensive development capabilities, showcasing our expertise from raw land to leased assets right here in Spring, TX. We began with meticulous dirtwork, grading and compacting the site, followed by the pouring of robust concrete foundations and extensive paving for durable driveways and parking, ensuring a solid base as seen in the rebar-laden slabs. Next, we undertook the vertical construction, erecting strong steel frameworks for multiple industrial-grade buildings and cladding them with high-quality, uniform gray metal paneling, designed for longevity and efficiency. This systematic approach, visible in the aerial view of the completed structures and the individual building shells, included seamless integration of all necessary utilities, preparing each unit for diverse business operations. Finally, leveraging our market insight, we successfully leased out these newly constructed, ready-to-occupy industrial buildings, transforming a previously undeveloped parcel into a thriving, high-quality industrial park that now serves as a dynamic hub for various businesses.
